We charge 100% of the service — that time was reserved just for you. – If we ever need to cancel or reschedule, we’ll say sorry with a discount on your next visit. Fair is fair! ⸻ 🔁 Reschedule Limit – You can reschedule up to 2 times in a row. – If you reschedule more often than you show up, we may have to pause future bookings. We love flexibility, but we also respect everyone’s time. ⸻ ⏰ Running Late? – Up to 10 minutes late? We’ll do our best to take you fully. – More than 10 minutes? The service might be shortened or canceled, and a full fee may apply. – Repeated lateness = we may not be able to book you again. ⸻ ✨ Service Guarantee – We offer a 5-day guarantee on gel if you follow our care tips. – No guarantee on regular polish — it’s more delicate by nature. – And chips from breaking nails or opening cans? Not covered (but we still love you!). ⸻ 👩🏻‍🎨 Tech Availability – If your fave tech is ever out (life happens!), we’ll offer another trusted pro — all trained to our same high standard. – Want to switch techs or services?
